We ship from within the UK using our trusted partner, Avasam, to make sure your orders arrive fast and safely. Most items arrive within 1–3 working days.

Absolutely. We carefully choose products that are safe, durable, and pet-approved. We partner only with vetted UK suppliers through Avasam to ensure consistency and peace of mind.
How does shipping work?
Shipping is completely free across the UK. No minimum spend, no sneaky charges. Just fast, reliable delivery, because your pet deserves that.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We’re really sorry if that happens. While it’s rare, if your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us right away. We’ll either replace it or offer a refund , no fuss.
Can I return an item if it’s not right?
Yes, of course. We offer a 14-day return window from when you receive your order. Just email us at order@petpawfect.uk and we’ll help you sort it out.
Do you stock items in-house?
We run our store using a trusted UK-based dropshipping partner, Avasam. That means your orders ship directly from their warehouses, keeping costs fair while ensuring fast, local delivery.
You still deal with us directly if you need help, no passing the buck here.
Do you ship outside the UK?
At the moment, we only ship within the UK. But we’re hoping to expand soon!
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is processed, you’ll get a tracking link via email so you can keep an eye on it every step of the way.
